GREKO LEMON ROAST POTATOES

Our Seasonings Are Always in Season. 
Experience the first Greek potato seasoning that dissolves in water and olive oil, to bring you perfect tangy lemon Greek potatoes. Please follow the instructions to make a side dish or one pan meal. This shaker makes 22 pans of potatoes.

Shake well before using.

 

Instructions (Preheat oven to 375°F):

  1. Wash/peel 3lbs of Russet Potatoes, cut into quarters
  2. Mix 1 1⁄2 cup of warm water, 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 1⁄2 tablespoon of Greko Lemon Roast Potatoes Seasoning
  3. Place potatoes in a large metal baking pan and spread evenly
  4. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat evenly
  5. Bake in oven until liquid is mostly absorbed and potatoes are soft.

 

Tips & Hints: Cut potatoes even sized. Cook on lower oven rack. Once cooked, drizzle with olive oil and broil to crisp.

 

One Pan Meal: Use this seasoning with olive oil to marinate proteins like chicken and cubed lamb; add potatoes to the pan and bake together for extra flavour!
